Language

We believe that language shapes culture. We use a tool called the invitation/challenge matrix to help team members and leaders understand where they are in a project or their position. It helps quickly identify if they are stuck, bored, stressed or growing. The tool also helps team members and leaders learn how to develop mutually agreed upon language that keeps everyone on the same page.

 

Replication

Every great company wants and needs better leaders. We use a four step process that helps identify where each member of the team is in their development. This assessment can be around a particular skill, piece of software, or team leadership. Once a starting point is identified, the team member is then developed towards greater proficiency and eventually a leadership position.

Ideation

Moving from ideas to implementation is difficult. However, It doesn’t have to be complex. the six step process we use has helped Thousands of ideas become a reality. Teams use it to keep ideators and administrators working seamlessly towards the same goal. It drives from idea, to a Kpi list, to delivery dates that make sense for the whole team, while valuing everyone in the process.

 

Personality

it all starts with understanding ourselves and others. We use a tool called the enneagram to help team members and leadership understand how they see the needs of the organization and communicate with each other. There are dozens of personality tests. our experience and data has shown that a wholistic use of the enneagram can increase productivity and reduce workplace friction.
